Depending on the form, this may include your name, business email address, phone number, company name, trade, market or service area, annual revenue band, and any additional detail you choose to include in a message or booking question.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, we and our analytics providers collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location derived from IP address, and dates and times of access. We also record how a visitor first arrived at the site so that we can measure which channels are effective.

Session activity

We use a session analytics tool that records how visitors interact with pages, including mouse movement, scrolling, and clicks. These recordings help us understand how the site is used and where it can be improved. The tool is configured to mask text entered into form fields.

4.How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. Companies that perform functions on our behalf under contract, including customer relationship management, email delivery and marketing, scheduling, website hosting, and analytics. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

Marketing contacts who unsubscribe are retained only to the extent needed to honor that request.

• Marketing communications. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also email us to be removed.

• Cookies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not function properly if you do.
• Do Not Track. The site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

This site is intended for business owners and operators. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
